Ghost Bike In Front of Old City Hall

I was riding home tonight when I stumbled upon an odd sight.  A ghost bike in front of Old City Hall.  For those not in the know, a ghost bike is a worldwide symbol to mark where cyclists have died.  I took a closer look and saw that it was not for cyclist, but for their rights. 

I am guessing it was alluding to Micheal Bryant and how the justice system has let all cyclists down.  It was eerie to see it there.  Who knows how long it will last.  Hopefully for a while.
